Land South-West of Godstone Station

Eden South Godstone Ltd have submitted an outline planning application for up to 200 new homes on land south-west of Godstone Station (land west of Eastbourne Road).

The site is a rectangular parcel of land approximately 9 hectares in size, immediately south of the railway line between Eastbourne Road and Tilburstow Hill Road.  It is suitable for a development of up to 200 market and affordable homes, a commercial unit (such as a convenience store) or community facility, highways improvements and substantial landscaping, as well as improved connectivity for those walking or cycling to Godstone Station from the south.

An outline planning application has now been submitted to Tandridge District Council, following a period of public consultation in April 2025.  The application documents are now available to view on the council website – for the purposes of the planning application the site is referred to as ‘land west of Eastbourne Road’, and the planning application reference number is 2025/815.
