Eden South Godstone Ltd are bringing forward proposals for much-needed new homes and community facilities on land south-west of Godstone Station.

The site is a rectangular parcel of land approximately 9 hectares in size, immediately south of the railway line between Eastbourne Road and Tilburstow Hill Road. It is suitable for a development of up to 200 market and affordable homes, a convenience store or other community facility, highways improvements and substantial landscaping, as well as improved connectivity for those walking or cycling to Godstone Station from the south.
The proposed development could provide many benefits for the community, and we are interested to hear residents’ views before we submit an outline planning application to Tandridge District Council.
